Jymtra accounts are set up directly by your gym's Super Admin — there's no separate support team to route a request through. For anything about your account, your gym's data, activation, or a suspended account, reach out using the phone number, WhatsApp, or email your gym administrator used when they set up your account.

If you're a member of a gym that uses Jymtra and have a question about your own information, your gym is best placed to help, since they manage your membership directly.
