For gym owners
Never lose track of a membership renewal again
Jymtra keeps every member’s membership status, payments, and renewal alerts in one place — so you always know who’s expiring, who’s paid, and who needs a reminder.
The problem
Spreadsheets don’t tell you who’s about to walk out the door
Most gyms track memberships across a notebook, a WhatsApp thread, and a spreadsheet that’s already out of date by the time anyone looks at it. Jymtra replaces all of it with one place that stays current on its own.
Tracking lives in scattered places
Member details, plans, and payment history end up split across notebooks, spreadsheets, and memory instead of one place.
Renewals get missed
There's no reliable way to see who's expiring this week until they've already stopped showing up.
Payments are hard to reconcile
Partial payments and dues aren't tracked consistently, so outstanding amounts turn into guesswork.
Status isn't visible at a glance
Active, expiring, and expired members all look the same until someone checks manually.
How it works
From account activation to a renewed membership
Four steps, the same way every gym on Jymtra actually uses it.
Step 1
Log in and activate
Your account is created for you. Log in with the credentials you’re given, then activate with the one-time code sent to your email.
Step 2
Add members and plans
Add a member’s details and photo, then assign an existing membership plan or create a new one — duration and price included.
Step 3
Status tracks itself
Every membership moves through Active, Expiring, and Expired automatically as its plan’s dates play out — nothing to update by hand.
Step 4
Follow up in one tap
The Alerts page groups members by Today, Tomorrow, This Week, and Expired — call or message them on WhatsApp straight from the list.

FAQ
Trust & security
Built so one gym never sees another gym’s data
Jymtra isn’t a public product you sign up for — every account is set up directly, and the same access checks run on every single request. Here’s exactly what that means in practice.
Every gym's data stays separate
Every action that touches your members or payments re-checks that it belongs to your account — independently, every time, not just once at login.
No public sign-up
There's no open registration page. Every account is set up directly and handed to its owner — nothing for a stranger to create for themselves.
Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text
Your password is hashed with bcrypt before it's ever saved — it can't be read back, by us or anyone else.
Login attempts are rate-limited
Repeated login attempts are automatically slowed down and blocked, the same defense used against password-guessing on any serious platform.
Suspended accounts are blocked immediately
If an account is suspended, access is cut off right away — not just hidden behind a menu.
Ready when you are
Know exactly who’s expiring, every single day
Jymtra accounts are set up directly, not through open sign-up. Log in if your gym’s already on Jymtra, or get in touch to talk about setting yours up.
